Responsibilities:Assure the SAP implementation for Mexico and HR module for Latin America, reporting to VP and GM for LA and Global IT Organization.Achievements• I was assigned by SAP Leadership and Latin America teams, as Implementation Group Leader to lead the implementation of entire SAP suite for Mexico and, become the first country out of USA to manage the operations for finance, manufacturing, sales and distribution in the new SAP standard global design; due to I covered the profile required as a country and as a person, coordinating the team formed with more than 100 people, ensuring the continuity of business operations and process efficiencies. • In parallel I lead Mexico implementation and HR Implementation for more than 5,000 employees, standardizing processes across the region to support the shared services implementation for Accounts Payable, Human Resources and Procurement areas, achieving scale economy benefits with a reduction of 20% on head count. • I developed the Change Management Strategy, to help the Organization to adopt the new system and processes, recovering the levels of operational productivity in a record time of two months.• I ensured that the system works as it was designed, implementing Data Quality controls.• Ensured processes under control by the definition and implementation of process metrics monitoring expected benefits and, set the baseline for the Continues Improvement projects.• I contributed to the generation of 1 million US dollar savings, through my collaboration on the definition of the new Companies configuration for Mexico, designing how to manage intercompany distribution and sales, playing a key role to get the approval of the new design in parallel with the implementation.

Responsibilities:IT Responsible for Mexico, Columbia, Venezuela, Caribbean and, Central America reporting to GM for NLA and Global IT Organization. Achievements:• Built the CRM strategy, to allow the organization focus on differentiated services for customers, some of them listed below: - Customers Training Portal, created for laboratories to support the on the usage of BD technology - Diabetics Portal. Focus on diabetes patients. This initiative increased sales on 10%. - Sales Funnel. To monitor the conversion of customers in to the usage of new products and sales evolution of new customers to increase 30% growth on strategic products.• Implemented Global Help Desk for PC Users and got economy scale savings, maintaining service levels and reducing operational costs.• Institutionalized portfolio management project to ensure cost/benefit analysis in all IT initiatives.• Collaborated in a multidisciplinary team, to implement a new scheme of variable compensation for sales group. This scheme brought an efficiency of 15% in total sales in the first year, with a formal focus on productivity in all business lines, including new products.

Lead SAP implementation, business intelligence, system development, telephony services, network, e-mail, PC hardware and software.Achievements:• Designed data network to solve connectivity issues faced by the Organization, with 25% cost reduction on communication expenses.• Coordinated the development of applications to support business needs, improved the speed on the generation of information satisfying legal requirements, such as: - Business Intelligence for business to analyze pricing strategies (Cognos) - Import and export system to control tax payments - Sales programs with distributors• Implemented Help Desk for users in Mexico offices, increasing the level of service from 30% to 95% of customer Satisfaction. • Leaded the SAP implementation in Mexico, and the integrated systems for Columbia and Venezuela. • Supervised the Customer Service call center design and implementation, helping the organization to offer a differentiated service to the customers.

Responsibilities: Provide advice to the Main Secretary on IT investments. Main Achievements: Collaborated on the building of the first Giga Bit Ethernet high speed network in Mexico to connect more than 20 buildings with optical fiber and more than 70,000 nodes.
