Supported creation of a five-year strategic plan for one of Brazil’s leading securities depositories (~US$2T under custody) (studied foreign markets, simulated scenarios and prioritized project pipeline, drafted a proposal for client segmentation).Led a successful roll-out of a new cheques custody system to over 10 bank branches for one of Brazil's largest retail banks, achieving one of the first successful rollouts to branches in their technological transformation program.
