Coordinate the introduction of awarded projects in alignment with PLC (Project Life Cycle) milestones through cross-functional core teams (PM, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing) guaranteeing the plant’s production readiness of new lighting-system products (AUDI, TESLA, VW, FCA). Establish and develop supply chain processes: EDI (FULL/WEB) connection (customer/supplier), packaging standards (customer/supplier, one-way & returnable), suppliers’ procurement (incoterms & MOQs, delivery frequencies), transportation (air, ground, sea), warehousing & shipping procedures definition, stocks management: MTO (Make to Order), MTS (Make to Stock), high & low consumption and obsolete parts. Customer and internal events assurance (PV/DV/VFF testing, OTOP & pre-series production, internal ramp-up & SOP) throughout project gates and responsible for the projects hand-over to local logistics teams

Procurement of JIT & non-JIT suppliers (Tier 1&2) for the production schedule of seating systems according to BMW’s sequenced (DELJIT, DELFOR) call-offs. Administration of supplier base (national & overseas) through commodities and criticality (allocation, inter-company, imposed), inventory accuracy (cycle counts, days on hand, usage, obsolescence) and transportation methods management (land, sea, air) adjacent to cross-docking practices (3PL-Penske). Responsible for premium freight metrics (0% target)

In charge of supplier’s procurement (Tier 1&2) for the OE (serial) and AMD (aftermarket) shock absorber’s production according to Mercedes-Benz requirements. Reliable for SAP (MM, EDI & SA) parameters set-up, maintenance, customization, and audits to assure on-time material availability, cash-flow, inventory targets and mitigation of obsolescence. Management of supplier’s packaging, milk-run routes implementation and demand fluctuation analysis according to OEM’s rolling forecast

Tier-2 supplier’s responsible for guaranteeing raw material availability for production schedule based on OEM’s demand (FORD, FCA, AUDI, VW) throughout the migration and serial production of the Starter Motors and Generators division. Requirements release (national & overseas suppliers) via EDI connection (daily, weekly, monthly) for standard & complex planning models (consumption, subcontracts, dual sourcing, quota arrangement) and critical component’s management (allocation, bottleneck, localization). Inventory control based on specifications (DOH, shelf-life, ABC analysis, Ship to Line process, Kanban System)
