Within 6 months, my team delivered on more than 4 years of upgrades and cybersecurity improvements. My team is now transitioning our service delivery structure to be consistent and responsive. Prior to my current position, I was the Director of Information Technology for the City and County of Broomfield. I provided strategic leadership to a strong technical group focused on streamlining delivery of technical services, implemention of cloud technologies and adoption of a progressive culture to establish the City and County of Broomfield as a regional leader in innovation and technology. Prior to joining the City and County of Broomfield I served as an IT Infrastructure Services Manager for the Office of Natural Resources Revenue providing IT operations and support for the accounting and auditing arm of the bureau.Severed 8-years as a Communications and Information Officer where I gained a broad range of IT and Telecommunications experience managing data, voice, radio, A/V, and network security technologies. Oversaw multiple IT based projects and programs specializing in process improvement and process reengineering.I have invested in an MBA and a Masters of Strategic Leadership to support my ongoing career ambitions.
