I lead many initiatives at PwC while my main responsibility was Appkit, their design systems. I was involved in organizing the team, lead strategic partnerships, onboard new products and designers, and other efforts. • Built a new design systems from the ground up with a unique visual identity. (No more Google Material-like)• Appkit became the only design system organization-wide.• New components creation with built-in micro interactions.• Token systems for everything, including screen reader and keyboard navigation compatibility.• Accessible AA/AAA color ramps.• Native dark mode• Lead strategic initiatives from organization stand-point while addressing user needs and business goals.• Introduced a more robust and comprehensive design rational across multiple products.• First mentee of the very first Cognizant Softvision mentorship program, helping designers from Argentina and Ukraine.

Founding designer for Appkit, the design systems of PricewaterhouseCoopers.• Responsible for the design and maintenance of enterprise-level components.• Established a successful and responsive connection between the US design team and the Shanghai development team.• Worked closely with product teams offering mentorship and presentations to leadership and new users to increase our product adoption.• Defined the roadmap of the design systems rolling out Appkit 3.0 Javascript, React and Angular versions.• Lead the introduction of dark mode as well as dynamic approaches to color usage and interactions.

Responsible for the maintenance and design of the Royal Caribbean design systems. Also, worked on the end-to-end redesign of Captive Portal, a version of the Gogo in-flight 
Internet services used on airlines, but for cruising. This project was expanded fleetwide with adjustments made by ship/brand.• Revenue and customer satisfaction hit 
record numbers, reducing significantly the need of the Guest Relations services.• Increased conversion rate with the introduced upselling and redeemable coupon options.• Complimentary/prepaid options helped streamline revenue numbers and reduced back and forth with passengers onboard.• Introduced a multi-branded design systems that was scaled to sister cruise lines saving us from doubling efforts in both, design and development.
