I also have created an OCR in Accounts Payable and Payroll Internalization.I have also been tasked with the implementation of the SuccessFactors system in the Personnel Administration department, as well as the electronic travel expense system via App.I have developed a great deal, both professionally and personally, in line with an ever-developing finance department (we were 25 people when I started at GLS and today we have grown to more than 1,700 today).My experience includes implementing financial management systems and automation solutions that have resulted in reducing costs, eliminating manual tasks and improving quality of financial data.My focus is on leading high performing teams and fostering a culture of cooperation and excellence.
