- Design, coordination, and facilitation of experiential education programs for leadership skills development in local, national, and international environments- Training needs analysis for the design of interventions- Bilingual customer service for local, national, and international participants from all levels in organizations such as General Electric, Metalsa, Amway, Heineken, and CEMEX, among others.- Design, development, and implementation of the certification EC0567 “Teaching of Experiential Education Courses” registered at CONOCER, including the training course to apply for the test- Responsible for the application of international standards about construction, training, and operation of the facilities at the challenge course- Strengthening and innovation in the educational offer through program, courses and workshops design- Speaker and workshop facilitator on national and international specialized forums
