I work as a Support Engineer specializing in the EMC Data Domain product line. Data Domain is a cutting-edge data deduplication storage system primarily designed for managing backups and ensuring robust disaster recovery capabilities.Within my troubleshooting role I handle a wide scope of technical areas including hardware, VTL, ,networking and the operating system which is based on the Red Hat Linux platform. Additionally, I am responsible for troubleshooting the seamless integration of Data Domain with various backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Avamar, Networker, PPDM, Cyber Recovery and Veeam.
