Once these enhancements were implemented, the sales team starting pushing Hiperstation, which increased our new sales by 35% for two consecutive years while Hiperstation's was incorporated into out data privacy solution, And last but not least, I led the CMMI Level 2 certification for the QACenter business unit where we established standards and best practices that were continuously improved and optimized over time. The big challenge was that there were numerous maintenance cancellations due to the complexity involved with creating the test data as well as the significant system performance issues that occurred, all of which also negatively impacted trials and POC's with SLA deals. I led the overhaul of the entire user experience by adding profile support so that one expert could set up profiles for all of the other users. The team also significantly improved system performance by focusing on optimizing the major extract processes via Strobe as well as DynaTrace in addition to providing additional flexibility to existing extract scope controls so that any performance issues experienced in the field during trials and POC's could be addressed immediately by our sales support staff. Within the 1st year of the enhanced release, the sales team retrieved several former customers while trials and POC's at customer sites were streamlined. Show less

Data Solutions also became the hub for our data privacy solution, which provided an additional revenue stream in addition to enabling sales to visit existing customers with this new solution.As part of our quality initiative, we utilized QAHiperstation to create automated testing vehicles (ATV's), which helped us reduce our customer bug count from 100 to under 20 while significantly improving customer satisfaction and retention rates.
