I was driven toward IT at a young age and built a computer during the beginning of the Covid Pandemic. The pandemic paved the way to pursue additional technical training and advance a professional career in the Information Technology industry. Currently completing courses with ACI Learning for Information Technology and Cyber Security courses through the Computer User Support Specialist (CUSS) program. In the process of obtaining an ITIL certification and plan to secure A+, Network+ and Security+ certifications by February 2023. Previously held a Top-Secret clearance. Seeking entry level opportunities in areas including IT Specialist, Help Desk, Desktop Support, Service Desk or Technical Support where I can kick start my professional career and add value to the organization.
