Supervisor to 12 personnel responsible for squadron compliance of self-inspection checklists ranging from finance and equipment inventory to operational and deployment readiness. Developed a mentoring program to assist the younger members of the squadron in the transition to the rigorous lifestyle of special operations and to promote professional improvement.

Responsible for coordinating operations throughout the area of operations utilizing both US and partner country resources. Routinely executed large scale operations involving 30+ aircraft within tightly compressed timeframes. Extensive experience building and managing teams of 10 to 15 persons to accomplish focused tasks. Within 24 hours on the ground became the commander’s number one go-to guy to accomplish the mission.

Defined 29 aircraft and mission systems requirements and prioritized $250 million worth of upgrades to avionics, on and off-board communications systems, and aircraft mechanical systems, emphasizing reliability and maintenance efficiency

Constructed mission training scenarios and refined the unit’s tactics, techniques, and procedures. Developed curriculum for continuing education of squadron’s aircrew leading to weekly discussions and in depth analysis on operational use of the electromagnetic spectrum to assist partners throughout the Department of Defense. As #2 of 20 Squadron EWOs, was chosen to brief the Under Secretary of Defense on electronic warfare capabilities and their use on the modern battlefield.

Managed 5 person team responsible for ensuring compliance of 386 aircrew flight evaluation folders. Chosen to attend course on new software that would be used to streamline both flight records management and scheduling throughout the group. Became the go-to person for software issues.
