Social Media Manager
CurrentAs a Social Media Manager under the Office of Strategic Communications, I create, edit, publish, and share original text, photos, and videos to engage our audience. I monitor and analyze web and social media sentiments about the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and its regional pages, ensuring timely updates on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Additionally, I design and produce visually appealing social media cards and videos, write captions for posts, and coordinate with RDMPAO and focal persons to address viral incidents and client concerns. I manage the LTO Viber Community, assist LTO media personnel, and oversee the LTO Regional Posting Tracker. My responsibilities also include supervising the daily tasks of OJTs and performing additional duties as assigned by the LTO Communications Head.
