1. Materials Inventory – Prepares Materials Request Form (MRS) to the requestor Materials Issuance Slip (MIS) to the warehouseman Warehouse Receiving Report (WRR) to the warehouseman and Materials Returned Slip and record the total materials stock in the warehouse which is the same record in the book of the company.2. Accounts Payable – After receiving Sales invoice and bills, I will give Request For Payment (RFP) to the department who is responsible for expense to fill up the form; if the signature is complete, I will process it through Accounts Payable Voucher then Check voucher and last is printing of check containing the same amount stating in the sales invoice.– preparation of check for Government Payables like SSS, Philhealth and HDMF. 3. Time Keeping –Twice a month preparation of the Payroll Attendance by checking each employees time in and time out, and regular overtime, undertime, hazard pay, dayoff overtime, Regular/Special holiday filed before the cutoff period.4. Pettycash Fund – Preparing pettycash form to the employee who wants to reimburse to fill it up, and record the specific expenses in the subsidiary ledger. 5. Official Receipt Reconcillation – Make sure that the total collection of the billing department is balance with the total collection and receivable in the company and Intercompany and record it to subsidiary ledger.

Goat RaisingClean and maintain animal housing areas.Provide food and water to the goats according to scheduled time.

• Cow Milking - gathering cow’s Milk twice a day.• Calf Rearing – providing colostrum to new born calves.• Cow Feeding – feeding cows in time.• Mastitis detection/treatment – identifying cows w/ mastitis through stripping and swelling of cow’s mammary glands and then injecting antibiotics to infected teats to cure it as per veterinary advice.• Fencing – establishing electric fence to deter cows in paddocks.• Tractor Driving – driving a tractor w/ trailer to gather forage for the cows.• Lameness detection and treatment – identifying cow’s w/ abnormal gait and knowing the cause of lameness and cure it w/ antibiotics as per veterinary advice.• Heat Detection – observing cow’s in heat and reports it to farm personnel that do the Artificial Insemination.• Calving – assist the cows that have difficulty in giving birth.
