Man, what a ride it's been thusfar.Over the course of the last decade, I've been in nearly all aspects of customer support, from being a field and remote support technician for an experiential design company, to becoming that company's support lead and building out/standardizing their support processes and documentation. Over that amount of time, I've also come to support high-profile enterprise clients, from Sotheby's to Netflix, and partnering with a wide range of industries, including finance, luxury real estate in Manhattan, and museums.I've also worked in tech support call centers for the telecom industry and sales floors for retail, developing not just my communication skills, but a variety of hard skills ranging from Linux-based CLI to FreePBX, and even a little Max/MSP and TouchDesigner. This, coupled with my relationship management duties akin to account management, has put me in a secondary sales function in multiple positions.As you may have surmised in my description, I've also been an audio engineer, working in a few New York studios, at labels and venues, and most recently in a recording studio I built with my friends. I still moonlight here and there, editing audiobooks and producing songs. I also sometimes work as a technology/media educator for teens and young adults with learning differences, a cause near and dear to my heart.Today, my main gig is once again a support lead at a great and growing company.
