Hi! My name is Ernie Padilla [he/him/his], and I am a Business student at New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business. My focus is on sustainable business and management with a minor in social and public policy. I have demonstrated my commitment to sustainability, social impact, and LGBTQ+ advocacy through my work with the Gilbert Baker Foundation as a Project Intern and as a Director of Outreach for the NYU Stern Pride Corp Executive Board.This summer, I am thrilled to contribute to EY as a People Advisory Services (PAS) intern. Working closely with project teams, I will conduct research and analysis on client industries and market trends. I will then use this information to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that help clients optimize their business processes and control costs.In addition to my professional experience, I am proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. I have utilized these programs to analyze data, create visualizations, and communicate project findings and recommendations in my previous internships and club experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring queer art and history, running, road-tripping, baking, and thrift shopping.I am passionate about contributing to social impact initiatives and promoting diversity in the workplace.
