Within the UNIT4 HR Benelux department I was responsible for initiating and participating in projects regarding all IT applications used. This includes implementing new applications, making changes to applications already in use and handling consequences this might have with regards to processes.

Both for people inside and outside UNIT4 I was the person to go to regarding all UNIT4 recruitment activities in the Benelux area.

QExpertise is a Dutch consultancy organization focusing on Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) and Exact software. In addition to successfully finishing my graduation project I worked here as a Corporate Recruiter and as such handled all the different aspects of QExpertise's recruitment.

Partly as part of an internship I established the basics of Infracom's HR department. Most of the work went into documenting rules and regulations, procedures, recruitment activities and providing several (administrative) HR services.
