My passion lies in bridging the gap between technology and people. It's funny to say a bridge, because if you've been in a role where you're not locally on-site and supporting technology for people not right beside you, you'll know quickly technology AND people don't always have access to a ready-made bridge to help them make that cross over. Think showing your grandparents in another country who just bought a smart phone and have never text messaged before - how to set up their email. I can do it and make them feel like a million bucks! I thrive in this type of role, because I have the emotional IQ to understand what a user is experiencing and help make them utilize what they have to work with. For the past 20 years, I have been in a leadership role where I have mentored teams from 6 people to 40 people. Not everyone sits in the same location let alone the same time zone, but I make it happen because every person has their strengths and I love building upon it.I thrive in chaos and can make order out ambiguity. When in a crisis...I am the best person to be around because I can be level headed and think clearly to get from point A to point B effectively and efficiently.
