During this time, I successfully implemented a new CRM system, completing the transition for a sales force of over 800 people in less than 45 days. Additionally, I developed several automation systems, including a medical representative database, a bonus calculation system, a cost management application, and a web-based reporting platform.As a result of these projects, the organization underwent significant changes, including the restructuring of field force teams and much of the sales and marketing departments. I also took on the responsibility of preparing the sales budgets and free goods policy for 2013, while continuing to work on sales/marketing activities and budgets.
