Business Transformation & Process Reengineering Superintendent
Business process improvement leader accountable for multiple teams aligned to strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and scale within a diversified areas in the bank and identifying and implementing process improvement, cost reduction, revenue growth and diversification strategies.Responsibilities in this role as a Re-engineering Superintendent:• Lead re-engineering program to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve bank’s service operating model through cost reduction, process improvement, revenue growth or diversification.• Formulated process improvement strategies/solutions based on robust analytic and business knowledge.• Developed comprehensive business cases for identified opportunities.• Aligned and structured cross-functional initiatives with impacted departmental leaders• Coordinated project resourcing and activities across departments and functional areas.• Executed initiatives using robust project methodologies and tools to ensure success.• Prepared department financial budgets and strategic plans. Monitored activity reports and financial statements and identify trends; took a proactive approach working with the leadership group to ensure financial objectives and strategic plans are met.• Developed, implemented and sustained process improvement initiatives including performance standards, metrics and operational tools for process improvement across the entire bank using a structured methodology• Provided insights for the transformation of the bank’s vision into reality. Collaborated with key stakeholders in garnering support for recommended approaches to achieving shared goals• Fostered a change management culture with leaders and across the organization by championing a common approach to delivering organizational transformation efforts as well as fostering a continuous improvement culture
