PEC: Camp Robinson is home to the Professional Education Center and its 75-acre campus consisting of 25 buildings and a total staff of approximately 420 military, civilian contractor personnel. We annually provide instruction to over 20,000 members of the military force.

- Serves as Information Technology Specialist for Little Rock Commercial Loan Servicing Center concerning all IT related issues.- Uses Microsoft SQL server to create, design and manage multiple databases across two commercial loan servicing centers. Configure SQL server to connect to Oracle and Secure FTP systems for mission critical loan data transfers using multiple SSIS packages and configurations. Uses T-SQL to modify data when needed.- Uses Microsoft SQL server to create, configure and schedule jobs to automate data retrieval and replication across agency systems. Also use SQL to manage local applications and user requests. Run database queried reports for users or management when providing data for center metric reports.- Responsible for SQL backup and restore functions. Current backup and restore model allows for 30 Minute loss/recovery. Backups are stored for 4 weeks before being overwritten.- Serves as Microsoft Windows systems administrator and responsible for 6 production servers to include 2 File Servers, Print Server, IIS Server, SQL Server and Testing Server. Work pertains to the administration of all systems, including a myriad of associated hardware platforms, software applications and numerous interfaces included in the Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN).- Develops guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), bulletins and flyers regarding the operation/use of assigned Microsoft Windows systems, services, and activities. Analyzes policies, regulations, and system provisions governing standard operating systems and provides assistance and advisory services to users. Provides training to users, supervisors and other stakeholders.- Provides input to the Continuity of Operation Plan (COOP) procedures for system disaster recovery. COOP recovery includes reestablishment of systems at single site and location.

Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:- Highest technical escalation tier responsible for providing a wide range of computer support techniques for multiple operating systems and wireless devices, troubleshooting cellular modems and routers. - Provided advanced trouble resolution on cellular wireless network, corporate firewall, Blackberry servers, software compatibility, corporate applications, content servers and account maintenance to consumers, business, and Data Sales Engineers as needed.

Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:- Managed the Wing Information Assurance (IA) program in direct support of 9 AF Headquarters, United States Central Command Air Forces, 20 FW and 24 assigned tenants. - Advised and trained commanders, staff agencies, supervisors and automated information system customers on IA requirements and concerns. - Defined and assessed all computer security requirements for new/upgraded systems to support the base automated information systems mission. Reviewed changes in network architecture configurations, system components or modifications to ensure system security is not degraded.- Assumed full responsibility for minimizing or eliminating the capability of unauthorized individuals to collect information through the interception and analysis of emanations from classified and unclassified computer network information systems. - Graduated from Air Force Emissions Security Manager and Information System Security Manager training courses. - Developed and implemented Microsoft Access database and tracked detailed medical and security clearance program data in support of 212 squadron personnel as Unit Security Manager. - Recovered corrupted Microsoft Access database containing the entire maintenance history of Iraqi C-130 aircraft, ensuring safety of crews and resources for future sortie missions while deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. - Resurrected Network Control Center backup server, recovering mission critical data in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. -Directly supervised 3 (2 SSgt/E-5 and 1 SrA/E-4) military personnel while assigned to the is position.

Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills: - Expertly tracked 31 MXS, 31 Fighter Wing $170 million munitions stockpile using Microsoft Access database Munitions Control 2000 (MC2K) and Combat Ammunition System. - Deployed MC2K version 3.06 onto twelve computers for eight munitions workshops. - Migrated and populated MC2K 4.0 Beta version with essential munitions data, tested program's bare base capability. Identified database problems associated with facility updates and up-channeled solutions to USAFE MAJCOM. - Unit "Go-to-guy" on all aspects of database errors and fixes required for MC2K and Assist programs. - Executed daily procedural queries as Combat Ammunition System Administrator to update, schedule, forecast and track status of stockpile - Applied strict positive control of classified workstation and critical COMSEC as unit Information Systems Security Officer.
