Areas of responsibility are planning, business analytics, reporting, sales process optimization, sales enablement, training, program implementation, compensation design and the management of other strategic business initiatives. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency in the sales and customer success organization’s planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the company.Develops and maintains the reporting and analytical infrastructure for the various business units including the development of methodologies, key performance indicators, analytical tools, training materials and providing analytics and insights to the organizations supported. Develop and drive process improvements and innovations across the sales and customer success organizations. Identify ways to increase sales productivity and process efficiency. Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement. Plan and design sales and customer success compensation programs that align with business objectives, easy to administer and attract and maintain the highest level of talent. Work closely with the Sales and Finance organizations to the support the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensure quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.Drive key business initiatives across the organization through cross-functional project management.
