During the final semester of my undergraduate studies, I collaborated with an industrial engineer friend to initiate a project focusing on implementing artificial intelligence for automatic quality control in yarn factories. Securing approximately $25,000 in grant funding from TUBITAK, we established a company in Bilkent Cyberpark Technology Development Zone. Our groundbreaking work showcased the viability of replacing manual inspections with camera-based systems using image processing technologies and artificial intelligence libraries. I led the entire software development process, utilizing technologies such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, YOLO, and CUDA. We successfully implemented and tested the system in three factories, demonstrating the transformative potential of AI in traditionally manual inspection processes.

During my internship at Interprobe, I gained valuable experience working in the DevOps domain, contributing to the establishment of infrastructure for a newly formed project group.
