Elizabeth has 15+ years of experience in global strategy, communications, content creation, and public affairs, advising CEOs and government officials on achieving significant growth. She founded the erl group, a global advisory firm that integrates innovation, sustainability, wellness, and AI into its consulting services. She's been featured in the Washington Post, NPR Marketplace, Univision, and Telemundo.Throughout her career, Elizabeth redesigned organizations for accelerated growth, including the communications division for The Paley Center for Media as their SVP of Communications, and built the brand and communications strategy for Nokia Enterprise, the fastest-growing start-up within the Nokia Corporation, positioning the group as an Industry 4.0 leader. As Senior Director of Global Public Affairs at Nokia, she led the Nokia delegation, including the CEO & Chairman, to Davos and established Nokia in Washington, DC, as a global player in 5G and advanced technologies such as AI. Elizabeth represented the Governor of Florida in Washington, DC, and served on the US International Telecommunications Advisory Committee. She has also been a member of the Meridian Leadership Council and the US Department of State TechGirls mentorship program.Elizabeth holds a master's in International Business Administration (MIB/MBA) from Georgetown University and ESADE and graduated summa cum laude with dual degrees in Economics and Political Science from University of Florida. She also holds a certificate in entrepreneurship and accelerated leadership from Stanford and Harvard. She is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in Portuguese.
