-Defining company sales and regulation strategy together with CEO-Providing Leadership for Risk Management Commity-Overall management of the financial aspects of the business. Such as company’s general financial planning processes, controlling, operating plans, budget and forecast-Run/follow up tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational reports/information to the Board-Prepare and present monthly or ad hoc managerial reports for Board and company managementShare responsibility for assessing the company’s performance against both short/ long term strategy as well as the company budget-Be aware of and manage all treasury and cash management activities-Regular interaction/cooperation with related departments of shareholders and subsidiaries-Ensuring that all financial records ( TR-GAAP and IFRS) are maintained according to the requirements of the legislation-Providing leadership, direction and guidance to accounting team in line with group policies and procedures-Communication and managing the relationships with audit companies and tax authorities, as well as with both internal and external tax advisors-Maintain and improve the Group’s financial policy and procedures manuals-Working in close cooperation with related departments/managers in order to establish and implement company’s goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures-Providing leadership for regulatory calculations and management of relationship with EMRA State Regulatory Agency). -Following up regulatory agenda and coordinating regulatory processes through all over the company.

Responsibilities:-Creating models based on scenerios for projects (aquisition, energy, infrastructor etc.) to forecast income, EBITDA etc.-Coordinating relations with customer and other banks in case of being agent,-Evaluating amendment and waiver request of customers,-Following and evaluating progress of projects,-Preparing financial and construction progress reports for projects,-Preparing financial analysis reports of sponsors of projects,-Evaluating and controlling insurances of project,-Acting as consultant for sponsor companies about related projects.

Responsibilities: Developing and executing a comprehensive audit program for the evaluation of management controls.  Identifying and assessing potential operational, credit and system risks. Reviewing the adequacy of controls established to ensure compliance with policies, plans, procedures, business objectives and government laws and regulations. Assessing the reliability and security of financial and management information systems and operations that produce this information. Reviewing records and proceedings for the adequacy of the risk-preventive systems and dual control mechanisms, stated and intended objectives, and appraised policies and plans relating to the activity or function under audit review. Conducting investigations as required or requested by the management.Recommending improvements of management control designed to safeguard resources and promote organization goal. Managing major fraud investigations in branches as a senior auditor in charge and management of fraud service of internal audit department for 12 months. Leading the project of creating models for leasing and mortgage sector to forecast Loan to Value and Non Performing Loan Ratios Leading the project of analysing Non Performing Loan Ratio of Garanti Bank to find the reasons of increase and decrease locally and preparating Non Performing Loan Analysis Prospectus for next analyses Leading the project of rearranging Garanti Bank Law and Education Departments' working process' Leading the project of creating control systems in Garanti Mortgage Company for construction projects funded by Garanti Bank Preparation of the Anti-Fraud Policy of the Bank and updating Code of Conduct
