-Managing / monitoring project processes, time scheduling, team building and communication activities with stakeholders-Colloboration with Project Delivery Managers in project execution according to project plan-Keeping contact with customer to maintain foundation and infrastructure for machineries that will be assembled at site-Ensuring the necessary coordination in the combined business processes of engineering, production and quality departments,-Supporting cost reductive activities together with production team-Continuously improve ways of working and system implementation-Process development capability to enable the implementation of innovation, value improvement and supply chain projects-Following technological innovations in related fields,-Conducting experiments to measure performances of prototype systems-Create project related technical documents as test results, process parameters in a structured manner-Making literature review, academical research for textile technology-Presenting and sharing the outcomes of the project across related departments and parties

-Planning, tracking and documenting firm orders and organize technical purchasing activities,-Initiating investigation/screening to identify suppliers who are able to produce parts/components-Defining an implementing supply chain/sourcing concept alignment with domestic&global suppliers-Responsible for technical purchasing and providing technical information regarding questions and requests-Cooperate with sales, engineering, quality and planning departments,-Issuing purchase orders according to purchase requests. Obtain and evaulate offers in case there is no ready contract,-Developing supplier chain by firm visits and searching for potential suppliers in Turkey and abroad.-Supplier relationship management and service development

-Leading maintenance team in factory-Executing planned, unplanned, predictive, preventive maintenance and repair acitivities-Participate in new projects and periodic maintenance plans to provide continuous production-Leading new equipment commissioning and start up stages -Evaluating offers for the materials that will be purchased by the Purchasing department in accordance with technical requirements-Supporting cost reductive activities together with production team-Analysis and solving the mechanical problems of production machinery-Involve in projects to improve performance blue collar workers-Supporting TPM activities -Kaizen, 5S, Ishıkawa, Autonomous Maintenance-Supervising subcontractors, external repair activities and service suppliers-Responsibility for documentation concerning project&maintenance-Preparing reports for machinery and equipment faults

Duties: • Quality control of clutch systems by applying Burst, Fatigue, Temperature and Pressure tests respectively• Preparing ‘’Troubleshooting Manual’’ of clutches • Creating mechanical and physical quality tables of each standard component in clutch systems • Observing fully and semi - automated mass production of clutches in factory

Duties:• Operating the metal working machines such as grinders, drill presses, milling machines and lathes• Quality control of pistol grip screws, counting, measuring and classification• Helping workers with drilling machine, filing gun parts, sandblasting, polishing and heat treatment
