About Erol Eryiğit
After graduating from university, I started my job as a system administrator. I managed Active Directory, exchange, file server, server maintenance services, backup, end-user support operations. Afterwards, with the creation of the software unit, I carried out the tasks of meeting the local software needs of the institution and integration.Within the scope of the Corporate Transformation Project, I carried out my duty as the project manager of the digital transformation project. Within the scope of this project, I carried out the selection of the ERP application, the preparation of the specification, and the tender process. After the Microsoft Dynamics AX application was selected, the running of purchasing, accounting, finance, human resources, warehouse, maintenance and production processes on the application was ensured by an IT team of 5 people.I started my Bimser journey with my process experience. I carried out the commissioning, training and support processes of many corporate projects with a support team of 8 and a consultancy team of 6 people.I started my product manager role to transfer my experience in the field to the product roadmap. As a product manager, I carried out the task of evaluating customer demands and complaints from market research, competitor analysis, support and consultancy teams. For our ECM product project, Synergy, we ran agile sprints with software teams as the product owner.As a customer success manager, I continue to present strategies in the processes of identifying the successes of my company, identifying areas of improvement, adding customer needs to the product and service roadmap, retaining and gaining customers, with a team of 5 people.
