As the founder and team lead of Udhë startup, my key responsibilities have encompassed a wide range of roles and tasks, here are some of them:* I conceived the idea of Udhë and led its inception, laying out the vision for a carpooling platform connecting drivers and passengers in the Balkans.* Assembled and managed a dedicated team that worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life. Together, we created a user-centric platform available on both iOS and Android devices.* Took a hands-on approach in building the mobile app, leveraging technologies such as Dart and Flutter. Additionally, I architected the entire infrastructure, utilizing various Firebase services (Authentication, Functions, Firestore, Analytics) as well as technologies like NodeJS, Javascript, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).* Spearheaded the efforts to organically grow the platform, achieving a remarkable milestone of more than 40,000 organic users. Overcoming challenges associated with a two-sided market, I employed strategic go-to-market strategy and user engagement tactics to foster growth.* Established robust Agile development processes within the team, ensuring that we remained agile and adaptive in our approach to product development. This methodology allowed us to respond effectively to changing user needs and market dynamics.* To create a seamless and user-friendly platform, I actively contributed to the development of the UX design based on in-depth analysis of user behavior. We achieved this by building an online community and closely studying user interactions and feedback.* I represented Udhë in prestigious competitions, such as UpLift, where we secured the second place.
