About Edwin Roman

With 30 years experience working as enterprise/solution architect as well as program/project manager, I've learned how to align strategy with execution. Better planning involves people, collaboration and (iterative) co creation + the right tools and techniques to do this effectively. I have learned on the job how to solve real world problems using science and management theory. Working across many industries and leading organisations like Shell, Hewlett-Packard, ING, House of representatives, Justice Department, Tax Office, Vodafone and since 2011 in South Australia for SA Health, Santos, TAFE SA, Electranet, Cobham Aviation Services, Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure, ACH Group, Haigh’s Chocolates, Drakes Supermarkets and the Department of Child Protection, I found that nothing does more for cultural change, building trust and achieving goals, than creating clarity in making decisions, in setting expectations and in mapping outcomes.If you need help in these areas please let me know.
