_ Mark objectives and goals for operations in line with the company's strategic planning;_ Present new ideas to the administration of the company;_ Manage resources of operations developed by the company at a commercial and technical development level in agreement with the administration;_ Mark and manage the company's teams, activities, projects, processes and priorities;_ Product Owner who defines the goals and requirements of the product in agile scrum methodology;_ Decide on product features and functionalities;_ Participate in choosing operations improvement processes and growth strategies;_ In charge of transmitting the defined strategy to the employees, in addition to planning, directing, implementing and evaluating practices that direct and guide them, so that the business objectives are guaranteed in the operation;_ Ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, quality and productivity of external and internal operations, based on metrics and indicators;_ Participate in the process of recruiting new staff for the company that correspond to the company's strategic vision;_ Represent the company at national and international meetings and events.
