As Manager of Royalty Services for leading business management company Flood, Bumstead, McCready and McCarthy, Erica is responsible for preventing lost revenue for a roster of industry-leading artists. She manages audits, conducts staffwide royalty trainings, negotiates royalty payments, and organizes and coordinates the activities of the royalty department.FBMM is an internationally recognized business and financial management firm with offices in Nashville and New York, representing clients in the entertainment and professional sports industries. Its roster includes recording artists, entertainers, professional athletes, songwriters and music producers.

As an intern at Curb Records, Erica created and maintained a digital sales summary, tracked all digital sales both nationally and internationally, and was responsible for entering and maintaining songs with performing rights organizations. She also gained experience in her field by assisting the director of mechanical royalties in proofreading and printing copies of royalty statements.
