Serving in an executive role spearheading philanthropic programs serving a wide range of demographics including low-income and disabled individuals to enhance quality of life in Oregon's mid-Willamette Valley. I negotiate complex, multimillion-dollar contracts with city, county, state government leaders and industry vendors to establish sustainable, cost-effective micromobility services in metropolitan zones. I utilize public relations, segmented marketing campaigns, and press agentry to establish a comprehensive network of business stakeholders to contribute various paid sponsorships which have led to the program's success.Examples of some of the value I provide are as follows:♦ I recruite and inspire a board of eleven directors while maintaining federally exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit status going on seven years of successful filing.♦ I raised $100,000+ to sustain multiple transportation programs to address equity and social determinants of health which provided resources to overcome barriers to people receiving necessary care.

In this role, I consulted with payors and healthcare providers to enhance business and patient outcomes with a focus on transformational change, operational optimization, and clinical documentation improvement. I guided IT teams using SQL, Python, SAS analytics while coordinating and negotiating NDAs, BAAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements with strategic partners to develop products which align with clinical relevancy goals. I created the users' training manual and ten supporting video tutorials for Medical Diagnosis Accuracy Reporting (MDAR), a SaaS CDI solution. While at Blue Shield of California, I served as the lead manager in statewide quality programs and system infrastructures addressing mandated quality initiatives. I negotiated payment reform, built quality collaboratives, and installed contract incentives with 352 in-network hospitals across the state. I aligned the PPO, HMO, ACO, FEP, and Medicare lines of business resulting in the advancement of division-wide outcomes. I boosted quality Marketplace Stars by co-leading the statewide chart retrieval and analyzing HEDIS measures.A few highlights from this position include:♦ I identified opportunities for growth in low-performing hospitals and executed intervention strategies that were predicted to result in $10M+ in healthcare plan savings.♦ I integrated skin cancer awareness and prevention education efforts by collaborating with the community outreach team and participation in annual community health fairs.

Team leadership responsibilities included interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and handling of FMLA requests.
