Surefoot Mountain Club is an exclusive ski storage/shipping service for Surefoot customers. I have managed this program from it's inaugural season, doing all tasks including web development, customer service, logistics coordination, equipment tracking, financial tracking, and interacting with managers and employees at 24 Surefoot locations, including Canada. Single handedly tripled membership in 12 months, growing the program to over 300 members with thousands of pieces of equipment to keep track of throughout the country. Directly responsible for 80% increase in web-based followers in ten months. Responsible for spearheading two new marketing campaigns for Rhythm in Blue Jazz Ensemble as well as re-branding of Heritage of America Band.
