Trader Joe's is a special place, and it's Crew Members are who make it more than a grocery store. We are encouraged to engage with customers in a genuine way and include them on the fun of Trader Joe's. As a crew member I work in every corner of the store. From cashiering to stocking to running the demo counter and sharing yummy food with shoppers, we do it all. I've also been selected to help with weekly price changes based on my past experience in merchandising. This involves changing signage on products, sometimes in multiple locations, counting all units within the store and entering the data into our store portal. This involves great attention to detail which I excel at. I hope to carry these skills on to my future employer.
