Current- Leads Belle’s application development function, managing a team of engineers responsible for numerous web and mobile applications along with their related cloud infrastructure, while remaining its most prolific code contributor.- Served as Belle’s de-facto Product Manager by working with internal stakeholders to conceive solutions and manage our roadmap.- Worked closely with our Data/AI team to bring AI-enabled learnings and capabilities into Belle’s applications.Some initiatives I completed or managed:- A field technician scheduling and logistics solution, which deeply leveraged PostGIS capabilities and 3rd party routing/geospatial APIs.- A mobile app for Belle’s field technicians, built with React Native, to enable more complex clinical data collection and drive better patient outcomes.- Revenue cycle management tools and integrations to manage our claims submission and payment process.- Tooling for Belle’s remote clinical staff, which includes patient data reviews, clinical case management for complex chronic conditions, and referral tracking.Tools/Languages/Frameworks Utilized: Ruby, Ruby on Rails including Turbo/Hotwire/Stimulus, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, AWS (ECS/Fargate, SQS, SNS, ALS, S3, and others), Docker, Terraform, React, React Native
