In my position at the Queensland Museum, I provide world-class customer service on behalf of the Queensland Government. Per my contract, I provide service to the Queensland public via the Point-of-Service (POS) in the main and exhibition shop. I also maintain the merchandising of all plinths, and undertake necessary inventory adjustment, supplier debiting and crediting and invoicing. Additionally, I successfully maintain and manager supplier relationships on behalf of the Commercial Buying Manager, in which includes the negotiating of price and terms. My proudest achievement in my role at the Queensland Museum is that I am constantly making connections with external and internal stakeholders.

In my role at Precision Group, I act as the digital marketing and admin support for the MacArthur Central Centre Management (Brisbane) leasing team. Per my contract, I oversee all administrative duties, reporting and service for the office. In turn, I also provide high-quality marketing results via Google My Business, WordPress (CMS), Canva, Customer Relationship Management systems and copywriting of all social media content. In my time with Precision Group, I have been supported with ease in my continued learning and fine-tuning of my digital media culture and administrative abilities. My proudest achievement in this role so far is supporting the team through the 2022 Christmas Activation campaign for the Centre.

In my short career at David Jones, I provided service in the logistics department of both the Queens Plaza and Indooroopilly store (Brisbane). Firstly, as a Logistics Assistant, I successfully consistently met selling and operational KPI’s. Within 12 months of my contract as a Logistics Assistant, I was promoted to Assistant Support Manager. I consistently oversaw and undertook inventory management, order processing, coordinating supplier deliveries, identifying operational inefficiencies and ensuring compliance. More specifically, my role was to support the Logistics Manager by ensuring that goods, materials, and services were moved efficiently through the supply chain, and that customer orders were fulfilled in a good condition and in a timely manner. In this role as an Assistant Support Manager, I effectively managed a team through the Black Friday and Christmas period. Moreover, I led this team in achieving above-benchmark audit results of 75% approval, in comparison to only 60% in the previous financial year.
