I was a full-fledged family medicine attending physician with the big paycheck, the kids in the shiny mini-van and the student loans. Being a top coach and influencer in the space of healthcare, medicine and physicians, I started to notice pathologic competition, a lack of transparency amongst coaches and less authenticity in groups forming in the physician coaching space.So I created what I carved! Physician Coaching Alliance (PCA) is a membership community space that emphasizes community over competition. Gone are the days that we see each other as enemy.
