Researched, developed and maintained advanced data analysis processes and tools using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and custom written Visual Basic / SQL to analyse and present data typically from a wide variety of vehicle, public transport and pedestrian surveys.Researched and developed advanced camera systems and electronics for point-to-point vehicle surveys as well as intersection traffic & pedestrian movement. The systems developed were used in the largest traffic survey ever conducted in Australia, covering the entire Pacific Highway from Newcastle to the QLD border. The data analysis tools & methods resulted in data that was “unprecedented” (according to the customer, the RTA, now Roads & Maritime Services). This project also necessitated managing a 6 figure budget.Maintained the IT&T infrastructure for the Sydney office, Administration of Windows Server, Desktop and Exchange. Managed the IT&T fitout and relocation to a new office while providing zero downtime.Trained and supervised staff.
