Community Manager
In my role as Community Manager at Netmarble US, I was responsible for managing, planning, and implementing social media and communication strategies that drove engagement and fostered a strong community for various game titles. This involved creating compelling text, image, and video content for all social and business accounts while monitoring, tracking, and reporting on audience feedback and reviews.Key responsibilities included testing and analyzing new strategies to keep the digital community engaged, as well as implementing boosted marketing campaigns to support community growth through tools like Google Analytics, Emplifi, and Facebook Analytics. I supported titles such as Seven Knights, Koongya Draw Party, Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross, ManaStrike, Marvel Future Fight, BTS World, Marvel Future Revolution, and Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds.Key Achievements: • Successfully contributed to the launch of Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, which achieved the #1 Free Game spot in the App Store. • Supported Marvel Future Revolution, recipient of a 2022 Apple Design Award, by developing community strategies that celebrated the game’s high-quality experience. • Fostered audience growth through data-driven community engagement tactics, enhancing the gaming experience and expanding user retention across multiple platforms.
