For TMP, I assisted the partnership team with their newest project, Stadium Sports Grill. A 13,000 square foot establishment, Stadium is Tempe’s newest upscale sports bar concept located in the heart of Tempe Marketplace. As Consulting & Managing Partner I oversaw all conceptualization of the menu, design layout and operations. Opening with a staff of 50+ team members, an Executive Chef, a Sous Chef and 2 Assistant Managers, I also developed and implemented an exceptional, Service focused Training program.

Arizona

For the Fox & Hound Restaurant Group, I was Managing Partner for the Peoria, Arizona location. I oversaw all bar, restaurant, and kitchen operations. With a staff of 4 managers and 50+ FOH/BOH Team members, we provided our guests with a customer service driven experience while showcasing live sports and entertainment daily. Continually leading my District and the Company in Sales, Operations and Profitability, I was also able to develop 3 General Managers, 3 Assistant Managers and 2 MAP candidates.

Tempe, Arizona

San Felipe’s is a Mexican cantina style bar & restaurant built on great food and great drinks in a great atmosphere. As Multi-Unit Manager, I help to oversee all day-to-day operations, marketing, event planning and human resources for both the Tempe Marketplace and Phoenix Desert Ridge locations.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

For the Dos Gringos Family, I was General Manager at the Cherry Lounge & Pit where I oversaw all operations. A 10,000 sq. ft. multi-level lounge & nightclub located in the Mill Avenue District of Tempe, Cherry was a venue that played host to a variety of live music events featuring local and national acts every night. During my tenure, Cherry was continually a nightlife leader in Arizona through our weekly slate of themed nights and monthly promotional events.

As a Multi-Unit Manager, I helped oversee all bar, restaurant and kitchen operations of two establishments. Both units were high volume establishments serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. One unit, The Lighthouse Cafe, also provided customers with live music & entertainment nightly.

New Image Media Group held special events at night clubs & entertainment venues worldwide, in addition to weekly events at the infamous Hollywood Athletic Club on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, California. I oversaw Event Coordination, Entertainment Booking and Marketing & Promotions.

A sports bar inspired establishment with a staff of 50+ Team members, we were a lunch and dinner staple on the campus of the University of Iowa that transitioned nightly into one of the hottest nightclubs in Downtown Iowa City by featuring local and national DJ talents.
