Later, I assumed the role of UAT coordinator during the project's final stages. This involved providing guidance to business unit leaders on writing effective use cases and test cases and conducting efficient UAT processes.On a daily basis, my responsibilities revolved around collaborating with client operations and back-office teams to optimize processes and implement operational best practices. Working closely with our in-house developer, we devised VB scripts that resulted in a remarkable 43% cost reduction and saved 4.25 FTE. Additionally, I identified process gaps, streamlined business procedures, and set up a SharePoint system for efficient SOX audit data management and streamlined team communication.I was entrusted with leading a team of offshore developers from Accenture, where our primary goal was to fully automate complex manual back-office workflows.
