This involved providing guidance to business unit leaders on writing effective use cases and test cases and conducting efficient UAT processes.On a daily basis, my responsibilities revolved around collaborating with client operations and back-office teams to optimize processes and implement operational best practices. Working closely with our in-house developer, we devised VB scripts that resulted in a remarkable 43% cost reduction and saved 4.25 FTE. Additionally, I identified process gaps, streamlined business procedures, and set up a SharePoint system for efficient SOX audit data management and streamlined team communication.I was entrusted with leading a team of offshore developers from Accenture, where our primary goal was to fully automate complex manual back-office workflows.
