I have a professional working experience in telecommunication industry for more than 20 years with various job assignments in the area of Strategic Business Development, Network Planning, Product Development & Management, IT Planning & Solution Management and IT Delivery. After carrying out task assignment in the Strategic Business Development and moving to Network Planning and Engineering responsible for the Intelligent Network, I was trusted to be the Division Head of VAS Strategy & Development and Division Head of Mobile Data Product in the Commercial Directorate. Furthermore, I got an assignment to become Division Head of IT Solution Management who holds also the position of Division Head of IT Delivery in Charging and Billing System in the Technology & IT Directorate. Lately I hold the position as Vice President (VP) – Head of IT DevOps responsible for the Solution and Agile Development and SVP (par interim) of IT Services and Operations of at PT. Indosat Tbk. in Indonesia.During my professional assignment in various business-units I have attended several international conferences and seminars both as participant and as well as speaker, including the speaker in Mobile VAS Conference in Singapore, Charging and Billing User Group in Paris, New Delhi and Bangkok. I consider that attending and participating in such international events are important activities both to get updated information about the latest trend in business and technology and also to build wider professional networking.Graduated from Grenoble’s Business School of Management, France (IAE Grenoble) and University of Indonesia, I am holding a Master degree in Business Administration (MM-MBA). I am holding as well a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering (Diplom Ingenieur) from Aachen University of Technology (RWTH Aachen), Germany. I have taken participation in various training programs covering technical, marketing, finance and managerial aspects, including various trainings in the Cloud Computing, Agile Development, Risk and Security Management and Digital Marketing.I can speak Indonesian, English and as well as German fluently. I am able also to understand French with DELF B2-certificate (equivalent to English TOEFL certificate).To balance the high load in daily working activities and to maintain a good healthy life I am spending the available free time to perform sport in the gym or swimming pool, to do jogging and to run my hobby by joining a choir group and to do travelling around the world.
