 Ensure the performance of the department headed is in line and able to support the requirement of all project assign during planning and construction stages to meet the company target.  Target on continuous improvement for construction management ; utilizing remote hardware and software application.  Project Design Development and Implementation. Project tender documentation, contract and Cost Control.  Project Scheduling, Budgeting and Contract Administration. Administer the procurement of contractor, vendors and suppliers.

 Provides Engineering Services and Project Management duties for projects assigned. Design Coordination and Supervision on design implementation. Project Scheduling, Budgeting and Contract Administration. Administer the procurement of professional design services. Site Survey of the Project Pre-Assessment. Liaises and negotiate with client/owner representative to determine project needs.  Engineering Support Service; • Handling the customer request on additional work order in conformity with the construction progress. • Provide technical assessment and supporting data of the project involved for the insurance claimed. • Project dissemination; liaise with legal / license department to obtain the permit.

 Oversee the pre-qualification and selection process of contractors. Project tender documentation. Review and development of the design implementation over meeting with stakeholder. Project Design Supervision and Reporting. Attaining the mock up and material commissioning test to ensure the requirement and specifications are followed. Setting-up the drawing management system to comply with requirements. Performing task as a support engineer for various feasibility project.
