Andy is the broker and owner of AE Realty, Inc. At AE Realty, Andy utilizes a variety of sources to help home buyers find the property they desire. When working for homeowners, Andy use multiple avenues of marketing including online, social media, video, print, and other forms of advertising to expose properties to the greatest number of potential buyers. Working for either buyers or sellers, Andy works diligently to make the home buying/selling process go as smooth as possible to relieve the stress that sometimes comes with buying or selling a home.

Andy is an experienced residential real estate agent in the Poweshiek County area. He helps homeowners reduce the stress of selling a home by marketing and negotiating to get the most favorable outcome. Andy also works with buyers all all ages whether it's a first time homebuyer or a homeowner who hasn't moved in decades.

While at Coldwell Banker Gundaker, Andy marketed homes for sale to the St. Louis metropolitan area. He also represented buyers who were purchasing their first home or their fifth home. Duties included prospecting neighborhoods for potential listings, holding open houses, fileding phone calls of perspective buyers, show homes to buyers, write and present offers to purchase, negotiate favorable terms for clients, schedule inspections, communicate with various parties in a real estate transaction, provide superior customer service, attend meetings, meet continuing education requirements, and maintain integrity with customers, clients, and colleagues.
