With over 20 years of experience in the information technology field, Dilek Ersöz is a passionate and accomplished SAP professional who leads the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) at Sisecam, one of the world's largest glass producers. As the SAP CoE Manager, she is responsible for setting the rules and managing the SAP Application Lifecycyle Processes (Project-wise and operation-wise) ensuring the alignment of SAP solutions with business needs and best practices, and driving the adoption of SAP innovations across the organization. She is setting the code quality standards and test/change/release management best practices. She is also responsible of SAP service management area.Dilek is also a lecturer and writer at Wellesley Information Services, where she shares her insights and expertise on SAP digital transformation with global audience. She is a member of the SAP Mentor Alumni, a selective group of influential and visionary SAP experts. Dilek holds an MBA degree in marketing and a computer engineering degree from Bilkent University.
