With over 20 years of experience in the information technology field, Dilek Ersöz is a passionate and accomplished SAP professional who leads the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) at Sisecam, one of the world's largest glass producers. As the SAP CoE Manager, she is responsible for setting the rules and managing the SAP Application Lifecycyle Processes (Project-wise and operation-wise) ensuring the alignment of SAP solutions with business needs and best practices, and driving the adoption of SAP innovations across the organization. She is setting the code quality standards and test/change/release management best practices.
