In this role I was a member of the Fidelity Institutional Advanced Analytics / AI Center of Excellence.Project work included model explainability and customer attrition prediction for a client firm with 30k+ customers.MA Pride employee resource group steering committee member (2020-2022) and communications co-lead (2021-2022).

I worked in the Personal Investing AI Center of Excellence (July 2018 - August 2021) as a member of a team specialized in recommendation and personalization. I conducted research and experiments, developing algorithms and models that are deployed by engineering teams. In this role I supported Oracle Waveset and LDAP, which involved performing system administrator tasks, developing Groovy scripts for automating user role management, and troubleshooting service desk tickets. I also served as a system administrator for the university portal (Luminis 4), managing content, user access through LDAP/PDS, and web application integrations. This position required working extensively with Oracle databases. I created tables and views, as well as on-the-fly reports.My major projects were serving on the research and implementation teams for a replacement platform for the university portal, and developing quality assurance testing procedures for custom modifications of Oracle Waveset.

Portal & Data Security Manager 2014-2015Accounts Administrator 2013-2014As Portal & Data Security Manager, I provided Oracle and Banner account and security profile administration and support. I also administered the college portal (Luminis 4), supporting user access, content management, and integrated web applications.My major projects included migrating the portal from Luminis to Drupal, developing auditing reports for Oracle accounts and privileges, and developing a new workflow (including a new Oracle table and modified view) for non-standard users in the college's identity management system.As Accounts Administrator I maintained user accounts and access privileges in the college's identity management system and campus-wide systems and databases including Active Directory and Banner. The college had a new, proprietary identity management system and I collaborated with software engineers on the development and expansion of the system features and functionality. My major project in this role was project managing the implementation of lifetime email and portal accounts for 36k alumnae. After one year I applied for a promotion to the role of Portal & Data Security Manager.

In this role I served as an administrator for Instructure's Canvas and WordPress multisite, and assisted with the implementation of both platforms. I taught workshops for faculty and staff on new the learning management system and emerging instructional technologies, and provided in-class instruction for students on web design and multimedia software. I was also responsible for managing academic software licenses.My major projects included developing a new website for the Academic Technology & Innovation Group and building a Microsoft Access database for managing academic software licenses. I also initiated and coordinated the 2013 New England Canvas User Group.

This role was a two year term position. As the LTS Specialist I administered an on-site streaming video service of 1500+ videos used in over 125 courses, managing content creation, and student and faculty access. I supervised a group of students who performed most of the video streaming operational work and taught workshops for faculty and staff on a new email client, a new learning management system, and copyright compliance for e-reserves. I also assisted with in-class instruction on multimedia software.My major projects included serving on the research and implementation teams for a new email client and LMS, project managing the implementation of a new video streaming platform, and redesigned the workflow and student management structure for course reserves and streaming video services.
