It involves the error-free preparation of bills of lading for active exporting companies I represent ensuring compliance with the customs regulations of the destination country and if applicable the terms of the letter of credit. Tracking all processes until the original bills of lading are delivered to the customer.

Management of the export and import documentation process. I worked in the import documentation department for a total of one year, including my internship period.During the import process, the areas I tracked include monitoring the process from the container leaving the port full to the delivery of the empty container, D/O delivery, warehouse commitment tracking, land transportation process, storage and demurrage calculations.In the export process, the areas I tracked include the error-free preparation of bills of lading for active exporting companies I represent, ensuring compliance with the customs regulations of the destination country, and, if necessary, adherence to the terms of the letter of credit. It involves tracking all processes until the original bills of lading are delivered to the customer.
