Overall ResponsibilityCarry out several experiments and develop a new model to describe drying behaviour of veneerObjective of the research project was to quantify the influence of the drying conditions- drying temperature- drying air humidity content- air velocity / external heat and mass transfer coefficient- veneer thickness on the drying rate of the veneers. Developed software to estimate drying time for designing veneer dryers.
