I have 20+ years of progressive IT experiences in variety of technology platforms providing IT solutions in Life Science and Retail domain. During the last 13+ years I have held Sr. IT Program/Project Manager, Application Development Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Solution Architect role and delivered IT programs/projects, strategic initiatives, custom software development including mobile applications, legacy migration/modernization and hybrid "best of breed" solutions. I have setup goals for my department and have managed, coached and developed large IT teams. As a firm believer of IT provides business solutions, I hold deep functional knowledge in many areas of business. I am experienced in IT departmental fiscal year expense budget planning/tracking, along with multi-million dollar capital program planning and execution. I have setup onsite, offshore and near shore teams to use support/KTLO funds more efficiently. I have hired and trained team members, and performed yearly reviews. I have provided and implemented innovative IT solutions to business groups to achieve organization's strategic goals. I started my career as a software engineer and have hands-on software development and business systems analysis experiences, which complement my strong management, leadership, delivery and business functional skills. In my spare time, I enjoy teaching and helping my students grow. I have been teaching at Ashford University online since 2009 and I am an adjunct associate faculty.
