- Developing intensive customer relationships: understand customer behavior and anticipate business disturbances or opportunities.- Managing orders, feeding the ERP system.- Monitoring and resolving open customer issues.- Tracking contract renewal dates and service contracts and creating alerts for sales and service teams.- End-to-end management of assigned customer accounts.- Tracking tenders and reporting to management. - Data acquisition from IMS (International Medical Statistics) and preparing IMS reports.- Administration of SAP ERP, CRM, and data automation systems.- Developing relationships with pharmaceutical warehouses and dealers.- Follow up order intake and register them in SAP ERP system- Inputting data of sales rep activities, sales, invoices, and quotes.- Preparing and developing requested CRM reports for management- Tracking web sites for tender and reporting to account managers about published tenders. Preparing tender dossiers. Attending to tenders and preparing result reports to management.- Monitoring contracts and informing the sales team for end dates.- Keeping digital archives up to date- Maintenance and repair of user computers, printers, servers, and network devices.- Doing price out research and purchasing for IT equipment.- Supporting the marketing department with graphic design applications.- Organizing office events (happy Friday, etc.)
