I am an Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Padova and my main research interest are judgment and behavioral economics, risk perception, emotion regulation, stress, and prosocial behavior and altruism.I completed a bachelor degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Ph. D. in Cognitive Sciences at the University of Padova. In the past, I worked as a traineeship at the University of Trento and at Alitalia company; afterwards during graduate school, I worked for the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and spent a year as a visiting at the University of Oregon and Decision Research, in Eugene, OR, United States.Currently, I teach a class on the Psychology of Economic Decisions and a laboratory on Nudging at the School of Psychology and a class on Judgment and Decision-Making at the Law School both at the University of Padova, Italy.In the past, I thought classes in Psychology of Decision, Risk Perception and Behavioral Economics at the University of Padova and at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.My research has been published in some of the most important journals in Psychology and in the field of Judgment and Decision-Making, including: Nature Human Behavior, Scientific Reports, Risk Analysis, British Journal of Psychology, Psychonomic Bulletin & Review, Judgment and Decision Making, Journal of Behavioral Decision Making, British Journal of Health Psychology, Personality and Individual Differences, Cognition & Emotion.
